Space Rate

Beginning July 1, 2012 $33 PSF
There is no additional charge for islands or corners. AHA reserves the right to restrict the availability of certain sizes at their own discretion.
Public Service Rate* $20 PSF
*Public service space is subject to availability. This discounted rate is only available in the nonprofit designated area on the floor. Nonprofit organizations that wish to take advantage of this rate must submit the exhibit space application/contract no later than July 1. Proof of nonprofit status must be submitted to julie.davis@heart.org for all new organizations.
Cancellation Schedule
Prior to June 29, 2012 AHA retains 3% processing fee
July 1 – Nov. 30, 2012 AHA retains 50% of contracted space
Beginning Dec. 1, 2012 AHA retains 100% of contracted space
The cancellation schedule is also part of the Exhibit Space/Application Contract. The cancellation policy can be found in the AHA Scientific Conference Rules & Regulations and is a legal binding part of the exhibit space application/contract.

Eligibility to Exhibit

The AHA reserves the exclusive and total right to control all aspects of the conduct of AHA scientific conferences and specifically reserves the right to determine the acceptability of applications for exhibit space.
